1.  From I-5 Northbound, take Exit 36 towards Longview/Long Beach.

2.  Continue on this road as it becomes Tennant Way. 

3.  Turn right on 15th Avenue.

4.  Turn right on Hemlock Street.  Cowlitz Title will be located at the end of this block on the corner of 14th and Hemlock.  It is the large brick building on the corner.

From Seattle:
