Customer Services

- Complete title services with policies and guarantees for owners, lenders and attorneys with the lowest title rates.

Contract Collections
- Title Management, Inc. offers only "True Escrow Contract Collection Service," wherein original documents are delivered to the escrow agent for safekeeping. Upon full payment of the obligation, release documents are immediately recorded and delivered to the purchaser or borrower, thereby avoiding the possibility of costly delays due to missing documents, missing persons, or due to the death or disability of a seller or lender.
- Set-up fee: $125.00, monthly fee: $6.26, which includes two monthly disbursements of seller's choice, $12.00 per disbursement thereafter, with a monthly receipt to the seller and buyer. Late payment reminders will be sent to the buyer. NSF charge of $30. Advance notice of balloon payment due date will be given. IRS 1098 & 1099 reporting included.
